Shipping Policy
Domestic Orders
Orders over $100 USD (gross sale before tax and shipping) qualify for FREE Ground Shipping to anywhere in the United States.Orders less than $100 USD (gross sale before tax and shipping) qualify for Ground Shipping to anywhere in the United States for a flat rate of $5 USD.
All orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible, within 3 business days. Many orders ship on the same day. Customers are given several options for shipping, which are shown at approximate actual cost based on information provided by the carriers integrated into the store.
If you have an order that needs to be expedited, please call us directly. Expedited orders may a higher shipping charge for faster delivery.
Please note that the carriers we use does not deliver to P.O. Boxes
Expedited shipping is available for an additional non-refundable charge
3-Day Select: Orders arrive 3 business days from the day they are shipped.
2nd Day Air: Orders arrive within 2 business days from the day they are shipped.
Next Day Air: Orders arrive the following business day after they are shipped.
International Orders
Please note that depending on the destination country, the package may incur additional import charges or taxes. The customer is responsible for any additional charges that may be incurred. Legitimutt cannot guarantee the arrival time or be responsible for the arrival of any international shipment. International shipping and additional import charges are non-refundable.
All customs forms will be filled out accurately to reflect the total value of your products. We will always indicate when asked that the package is MERCHANDISE. Please do not ask us to mark "gift" to avoid fees or taxes by your country. If asked to do this, we will cancel your order. No refunds are issued for returns, but store credit will be issued.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned to Legitimutt due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Legitimutt is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.Lost or Stolen Packages
Legitimutt is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Legitimutt will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.Returns
30 Day Return Policy
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of package receipt in order to qualify for exchange or store credit. All returned items must be in new, unused condition. Please include a copy of your packing list or receipt so that we may quickly process your return. If you send your package outside of the 30 day window, we reserve the right to reject your return.
All return packages must be fully insured. Legitimutt will not assume liability for reimbursement in the event that return packages are lost or stolen.
When your items are received and verified to be in new condition, we will issue a store credit or refund (excluding shipping costs) for the amount of the merchandise returned. Shipping fees will not be credited.
Items purchased at a price discounted at more than 50% off the original price through any promotion or combination of promotions, including but not limited to sales and coupons, are not eligible for return or exchange. Items At times, free products are given away as part of a promotion. Free products received during a promotion are not eligible for return.
Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.
* "30 days" is defined as the time between the day the order was placed and the day the return request was initiated.
